Day 30
Privacy
Till is built so that we never have your money data. This page says what that means in practice.
What Till stores, and where
Your accounts, categories, entries, notes and plan live on your iPhone. If iCloud is on, iOS syncs them to your own iCloud account (Apple's private CloudKit database for Till), so your other Apple devices can see them. We can't read that database. If iCloud is off, everything stays on the one iPhone.
What Till never asks for
- No account: no email address, no password, no sign-up.
- No bank login: Till doesn't connect to your bank or card.
- No analytics or advertising tracking inside the app.
Siri, widgets and iPhone search
When you use them, Siri, the widgets and iPhone search read the sums from Till on your iPhone. While the app lock is on, they show no sums or names.
Your data, your call
Export a spreadsheet or a backup file from the Menu at any time. Deleting the app deletes the data on that iPhone; to remove the iCloud copy, delete Till's data in your iPhone's iCloud settings.
Purchases
If you buy Till Pro, Apple handles the payment. We receive no card details.
